Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost goals.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, and material flow.
• Ensure fabrication processes comply with engineering standards, specs, and quality/environmental systems.
• Analyze deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions with clear documentation.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste and lower costs using structured improvement methods.
• Communicate project status, risks, and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
