DiDi is seeking an Education & Development Senior Analyst to design and implement comprehensive training strategies while managing a team to foster effective skill development across the organization. You will empower the sales team with tools to achieve excellence in performance, collaborating with sales, operations, and product teams to enhance resources for DiDi Food.

Your role includes continuous content improvement and thorough analyses to identify growth opportunities and elevate the sales

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, psychology, pedagogy or related field is required.
• 3 years of training and development management experience is essential.
• 2 years working with commercial teams is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• People-oriented with strong organizational skills and motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage training programs, learning solutions/projects (face-to-face, virtual, or blended).
• Lead a team to meet the training needs of the commercial team from needs analysis to course implementation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate training impact on sales performance.
• Oversee the integration and use of learning technologies (LMS, virtual classrooms).
• Conduct regular needs analyses to identify training gaps within the sales team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across departments to align training with company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in training content, methods, and delivery formats.
• Increase team productivity by equipping them with knowledge tools to improve restaurant experiences.
• Lead training sessions.
