DiDi Premier is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Supply Development team in shaping the driver experience. You will execute strategic program artifacts, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and build scalable training and evaluation frameworks for Premier drivers.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, translate strategic direction into tangible deliverables, and help establish the infrastructure that enables high-quality driver training and performance across markets.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, marketplace or platform operations, program design, or a similar function within a technology company.
• Proven track record of producing structured program artifacts - frameworks, BRDs, playbooks, SOPs - as a primary output.
• Strong analytical skills linking operational data to program design decisions.
• Experience with Excel and SQL; Python is a plus.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structure from a blank page.
• Familiarity with platform or gig-economy operating models is a strong plus.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the end-to-end development of program artifacts across Supply Development's active workstreams from first draft to stakeholder ratification.
• Building DiDi Premier's DP Partner Program from the ground up: designing the partner classification methodology, KPI framework, tier rubric, and capability playbook.
• Designing the architecture and delivery model for Premier's driver continuous education program, including QC infrastructure for assessments and tracking.
• Tracking leading indicators and building monitoring tools for program performance.
• Coordinating artifact reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Preparing inputs for stakeholder decisions: one-pagers, memos, and briefs.
