DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst within the Entrega business line to bridge data and business growth. You will be the analytical backbone, combining data analytics, merchant operations, and product strategy to translate insights into actionable plans.

You will partner with the Entrega Delivery Operations team to enhance fulfillment and ensure logistics meet merchant expectations in a high-growth environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of highly analytical experience within a tech platform, management consulting firm, O2O/Logistics startup, or business operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Startup mindset with ownership and strong task-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent to native in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily monitoring of merchant performance, volume growth, and operational health.
• Perform rigorous deep-dive root-cause analyses on data anomalies such as volume drops or SLA breaches.
• Lead structured interviews and feedback sessions with merchants and end-users to gather qualitative insights.
• Synthesize data metrics and qualitative feedback into concrete operation action plans and product capability requests.
