Jabil is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to direct all workcell test engineering staff within the assigned area. You will design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production, while leading recruitment, coaching, and performance management activities.

You will define strategic test engineering plans, drive cost-effective improvements, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality results for internal and external customers.

Formación

• Bachelors in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with ten years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the workcell test engineering staff across assigned area with high efficiency and integrity.
• Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for PCB production.
• Recruit, interview and coach Test Engineers and technicians; drive retention and performance.
• Establish measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
• Define and implement test engineering strategies aligned with campus directions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline testing processes.
• Monitor test performance, guide improvements, and coordinate large teams during crises.
• Develop training programs and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
