Jabil is seeking Direct Test Engineers I & II to design, develop, and maintain test procedures for electronic circuit boards. You will manage tester hardware and software, and drive quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Monterrey.

Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring Test Engineers, establishing performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of product testing.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Five to ten years of experience preferred in test engineering.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing team members is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures for electronic circuit boards.
• Develop and maintain tester hardware and software.
• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II and coach staff to deliver excellence.
