Jabil is seeking a Direct Test Engineer I & II leader to design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production. You will lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Test Engineers I & II, and drive performance improvements across the workcell.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and interview Test Engineers I & II.
• Coach Test Engineers in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.
• Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis.
• Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility.
• Coach and mentor Test Engineers I & II to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results.
• Solicit ongoing feedback from leadership and peers; provide coaching based on feedback.
• Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and keep them focused in times of crises.
• Ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
