Jabil in Tijuana, Mexico, designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production. Under limited supervision, you will lead and coach Process Technicians, recruit and interview staff, and drive performance metrics through continuous improvement of testing processes and equipment reliability on the production floor.

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years experience.
• Experience with designing and maintaining test procedures.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and interview Process Technicians.
• Coach technicians in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Develop and maintain test procedures for production.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data.
• Ensure safety and health rules.
