Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to steer the workcell test engineering team with efficiency and integrity. You will design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost-aware strategy, and collaboration with customer engineering staff to deliver high-quality testing solutions and continuous improvements across projects.

Formación

• Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with ten years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the workcell test engineering staff as Lead Project Engineer.
• Communicate design and development details to the customer’s engineering staff.
• Identify and assign Test Engineers to customer Workcells.
• Monitor Workcell performance and guide continuous improvements.
• Define and implement testing strategies and procedures.
• Manage testing equipment and project-related training.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
