The role requires a BS in Electronics or EE with substantial experience in test engineering leadership, program management, and cost-conscious decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with ~10 years of experience.
• Experience leading test engineering teams and projects.
• Ability to recruit, interview and develop staff for high performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct all workcell test engineering staff with high efficiency and integrity.
• Recruit, interview and coach Test Engineers and technicians.
• Set measurable goals and track performance against objectives.
• Develop training curricula and mentor staff to deliver excellence.
• Coordinate large teams and manage cost and resources.
