You will handle incoming requests via phone and email, document details, and maintain knowledge bases to improve resolution times.

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of technical support experience and a customer-first mindset, ready to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on service quality and process adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming help requests via phone/email in courteous manner.
• Document user information and problem details.
• Resolve queries within SLA and update knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Leader as needed.
