Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting for the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) to lead a technical consulting team and shape the Industries practice. You will balance hands-on architecture with people leadership to drive high-value client outcomes.

You will guide architecture, governance, and workshops across Industries Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while aligning with Agile delivery and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
• 5+ years of people management experience (8+ years in tech mgmt).
• 3+ years implementing enterprise software; 2+ years implementing Salesforce CRM.
• Track record of training and coaching junior consultants.
• Experience on deployment teams, ideally Agile, and with Agile and hybrid SDLC.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Consulting team and build the Industries practice.
• Deliver hands-on technical work as a Technical/Senior Technical Architect on Industries Cloud projects (≈25% billable).
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, guiding deployment of emerging technologies and driving business value.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders.
• Drive agile workshops, design/build/deploy of complex business processes across clouds.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect solutions meeting needs.
