Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Technical Consulting to lead and mentor the Technical Consulting team and build our Industries practice by driving internal initiatives, recruiting, and governance.

You will balance hands-on architecture with people leadership on Industries Cloud projects, ensuring high CSAT and strong business outcomes. English proficiency and Salesforce certifications are required.

Qualifications

10+ years leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and working as an individual contributor.
5+ years of people management experience (8+ years in technical management roles).
2+ years implementing Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud).
Strong training and coaching junior consultants.
Experience on deployment teams, Agile, and hybrid SDLC.
Expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, or related domain.
Strong application design with data, integration, and security architecture skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery on Industries projects with 25% utilization while managing and coaching the team.
Act as trusted advisor to clients, guiding deployment of emerging technologies to drive business value.
Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise engagements and shape program roadmaps.
Run functional and technical workshops; design, deliver, test, and deploy solutions.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects and clients to architect needs and manage risks.
