WeWork Reforma Latino in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Communications Manager of Technology for Latin America. You will lead and drive engaging communications to inspire associates to deliver on the technology strategy and strengthen the local employer brand.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, a data-driven approach to internal campaigns, and collaboration with external marketing activities to tell the technology story.

Formación

• Advanced English fluency and a Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years leading public relations/communications or marketing.
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish an integrated tech communications strategy and annual plan for the local market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement strategies and creative solutions.
• Apply user-experience design methodologies to create engaging experiences for associates.
• Lead internal marketing campaigns and data-driven engagement efforts.
• Coordinate with external marketing and community activities to tell the tech story.
