MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company is seeking a senior internal communications leader to design and execute strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, leadership communication, and employee experience across Mexico and Central America.

You will partner with executives, manage internal digital channels, and measure impact using data and insights to support transformation initiatives across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 5+ years in internal strategic communication.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Regional responsibility for Mexico/Guatemala/El Salvador/Honduras/Nicaragua.

Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, internal relations, etc

Experience: +5 years in internal strategic communication

Regional scope: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
