WeWork is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing based in Mexico City to drive performance across our global portfolio. You will partner with regional teams to translate global priorities into regional field marketing strategies, focusing on demand, occupancy, and revenue across markets.

This role requires strategic and analytical thinking, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence across geographies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in global or multi-market orgs.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance and measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and translate global marketing strategies into effective regional and local execution.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators; build consistent reporting across levels.
• Partner with Finance and regional stakeholders to evaluate marketing investment, ROI, and optimize resources.
• Evolve property marketing by creating scalable frameworks, playbooks, and localized campaigns for buildings and markets.
