WeWork is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Field Marketing based in Mexico City. You will drive global field marketing strategies and partner with regional teams to translate priorities into local execution, ensuring demand, occupancy, and revenue growth.

You will lead performance analytics, develop dashboards, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Real Estate to optimize programs for portfolio-wide impact. Fluency in English is required; Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years of global or multi-market marketing experience.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of driving measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evolve field marketing strategies across the global portfolio to drive demand and revenue.
• Partner with regional teams to translate global priorities into regional execution.
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and monitor performance across markets and properties.
