is seeking an organized email marketer to support the development, implementation, and management of global campaigns for members, prospects, and brokers. You will work within the Email, CRM, & Web team, coordinating briefs, assets, approvals, and deadlines across teams. The role requires hands-on email development experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related.
• 2+ years of email marketing experience.
• HTML and CSS experience required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with A/B testing and email optimization.
• Understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support production of global email campaigns by updating templates, links, and images.
• Develop briefs with stakeholders and ensure all elements are complete before production.
• Identify testing opportunities to improve engagement and attribution.
• Manage production queue and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct extremely detail-oriented reviews during production.
• Manage content strategy for digital in-building screens via JIRA and templates.
