Jabil in Mexico seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead talent search and placement, drive process improvements, and shape recruitment strategy for supported groups. The role acts as client lead, building a service-oriented culture that delivers efficient, high-quality hires.

The successful candidate will develop networks, manage full lifecycle recruiting, and partner with business units to meet talent needs across locations while maintaining compliance with security policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred.
• Eight years in full lifecycle recruiting with 3+ years in executive/senior leadership recruiting.
• Extensive network and knowledge of leading search practices.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing, qualifying, networking, and due diligence.

Responsabilidades

• Understand how to recruit passive candidates and move them through the process to hires.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed briefing on company and role.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Contribute ideas on Asia recruitment to improve efficiency and results.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting including negotiation and closing.
• Leverage job boards, niche sites, and social networks to identify top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine human capital needs and ensure effective hiring.
• Comply with company security policies and participate in special projects as needed.
