Jabil is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to lead LATAM talent acquisition, align regional strategies with global TA goals, and drive end-to-end hiring across multiple locations. You will mentor recruiters, partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, and optimize the candidate experience while maintaining a strong employer brand.

You will leverage data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel regionally as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 8–10 years in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruitment across multiple locations or large region.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with global TA objectives and local dynamics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters across LATAM.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define staffing needs and sourcing plans.
• Manage full lifecycle for leadership roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track metrics and report regional performance; optimize processes based on data.
• Champion employer brand at events and via social channels.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in recruitment.
• Identify innovative sourcing techniques and manage vendor relationships as needed.
