Jabil Malaysia is seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle recruiting for a range of technical and professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and attract top talent.

You will proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and internal databases, conduct in-depth interviews, and present strong candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting, with 2+ years in a lead/senior role.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing/tech roles preferred.
• Proficient with ATS; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to plan staffing and craft job descriptions.
• Source passive/active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, events, networks, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers aligned with compensation guidelines.
• Maintain ATS data, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior recruiters and stay updated on TA trends.
• Lead special talent acquisition projects and diversity initiatives.
