Jabil is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead candidate search, assessment and placement across groups, driving process improvements and client relationships. You will partner with business leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, source top talent, and guide candidates through interviews and offers with a service-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Talent Acquisition experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of sourcing for executive and senior roles

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, communications, marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years' full lifecycle recruiting experience including executive/senior roles.
• Strong networked with knowledge of leading search practices.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of top talent.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with detailed company and role information.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle recruiting including offers and negotiations.
• Develop Asia recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to meet talent needs.
