Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles spanning multiple functions, tailoring strategy to each profile.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process: talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to reach niche and hard-to-find candidates in logistics and freight.
• Build strong, diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored interview processes and drive quality hires.
