DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Mexico Operations to lead full-cycle recruitment for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office roles, driving a strong recruitment environment that supports new-hire retention.

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, develop strategies to meet current and future talent demands, mentor TA personnel, ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, and coordinate TA activities across multiple Mexico locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition.
• At least 5 years in a talent acquisition management or supervisory position.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing TA strategies.
• Recruitment experience in a Contact Center environment is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and vision to the Talent Acquisition teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collects data and develops metrics from the ATS to analyze recruitment activity.
• Coordinates Talent Acquisition across multiple locations in Mexico Operations.
• Audits TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Mentors and develops TA personnel to promote learning, excellence and growth.
• Drives communication and teamwork to ensure feedback on candidate quality.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert for full-cycle talent acquisition for staff and non-staff contact center and back-office roles in our Mexico Operations, driving a strong recruitment environment that supports new-hire retention. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and develop strategies that support current and future talent demands.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Providesleadership and visionto theTalent Acquisitionteams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques forcandidatesourcing, screening, interviewing,hiring,and retention.
• Collects data and develops metricsfrom the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other data pointstoeffectivelyanalyze keyrecruitmentactivityto understand and improve recruitingeffectiveness.
• Responsible for the coordination of Talent Acquisitionatmultiple locations in our Mexico Operations.
• Audits site TA teams to ensure compliance withCorporateinitiatives,policiesand procedures
• In partnership with Site Human Resources, mentors and developstheTA personnel in the effort to continuously provide a learning environment which promotes excellence and growth.
• Drivescommunication and teamworkamongst the TAteams to ensurethere is continuous andcomprehensive feedback fromOperationson the quality of candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management,Business Administration, or related field
• At least 7 years ofdemonstratedprogressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
• At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisitionmanagement or supervisoryposition
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing,and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies
• Previousrecruitment experience in a Contact Center environmentrequired
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
