Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Senior Systems Analyst, Data Foundations to independently own production support for Salesforce-based data platforms in a global, distributed environment.

You will manage escalations, design lightweight processes, mentor analysts, and ensure timely incident response across multiple time zones, including Mexico City, Dublin, and Hyderabad. Strong Salesforce, SDLC, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on platform or systems support in an enterprise IT setting.
• Strong Salesforce native functionality knowledge and best practices.
• Experience managing escalations across teams/time zones and RCAs through resolution.
• Familiar with declarative tools, data loading, and troubleshooting data/config issues.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change management and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Own escalations on cases across teams and time zones; set priority and drive to closure.
• Coordinate follow-the-sun handoffs (Mexico City, Dublin, Hyderabad) with context preserved.
• Track escalation trends and drive fixes with platform engineering.
• Serve as frontline in incidents; decide when to bring in SREs and manage communications.
• Meet SLAs for FRT, NRT, ART and improve backlog health; mentor analysts on processes.
