Still Sverige Ab is seeking a Salesforce specialist to own and advance our support workflow, focusing on automation, integration with SAP, validation, configuration, and custom coding using APEX and Lightning Web Components.

You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with global IT partners, and drive scalable Salesforce solutions while analyzing trends and applying improvements across our Salesforce landscape.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce with automation and integrations.
• Fluent in English; strong mentoring and teamwork in multinational settings.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile (Scrum) methodologies is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of Salesforce support items, providing second-level and advanced support for automation, SAP integrations, validation, configuration, and coding (APEX, LWC).
• Act as a technical mentor for team members, supporting onboarding and skills development for junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with international partners and architects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process improvements for recurring issues.
• Help design and maintain robust data models and document Salesforce processes.
• Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices to improve the global tech stack.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Media, or comparable field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect) highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce, with proven skills in automation, validation, configuration, integration, and hands-on coding (APEX, Lightning Components).
• Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and communication abilities; experience in a multinational team is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is beneficial.
