• Experience with declarative tools (Flow, validation rules) and data loading.

Responsibilities

• Escalation Management & Incident Response across teams and time zones.
• Lead follow-the-sun handoffs to keep escalations moving between sites.
• Act as frontline responder in incidents, coordinating SREs when needed.
• Mentor Analysts on SLAs and incident lifecycle processes.
• Design lightweight processes, SOPs, and reference materials.
