Leadout Capital seeks a Lead Data Systems Engineer to build and own production-grade data products end-to-end. You will leverage AI agents to automate workflows, architect scalable data systems, and ensure resilient operation across Snowflake, Salesforce, and AWS integrations.

You will translate complex business needs into robust data pipelines, mentor on best practices, and push for continuous improvement in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in high-stakes Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Science.
• Strong Python / SQL Expertise.
• Operational leverage using generative AI to accelerate output.
• Strategic autonomy as a Domain Data Officer.
• Technical intuition to spot logic errors or AI hallucinations before production.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomous Scaling: architect and maintain a private ecosystem of 10+ autonomous agents for ETL, synthetic data, QA, and modeling.
• Agentic Orchestration: design multi-step reasoning and verification for autonomous outputs.
• Complex Problem Resolution: translate high-level needs into production data products with minimal PM oversight.
• Governance & Oversight: implement governance as code for data pipelines and agent development.
• Contextual Integration: maintain MCP servers linking Snowflake, Salesforce, AWS and internal catalogs.
