Toshiba Corp. seeks a Software Test and Support Manager to provide subject matter expertise and lead a global team, driving cross-functional initiatives and aligning with executives on critical programs.

You will shape QA processes, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality software solutions for customers, leveraging Agile/Scrum and strong technical leadership.

This role requires extensive people management and hands-on testing experience across Java, cloud platforms, and CI/CD environments.

Formación

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in management within software support and quality assurance leveraging Agile/Scrum.
• 8+ years of experience in software test engineering and/or solution support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience delivering and supporting business to business or business to customer software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple missions with employees across the globe and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Collaborate with Software Quality Director to set strategic direction and best practices.
• Develop team members into skilled support and test engineers.
• Engage with Customers, Product Owners, and Program Managers to ensure alignment.
• Drive cross-functional team activities with strong project management.
