Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions - External is seeking a Software Test and Support Manager to lead a global team and ensure high-quality software solutions. The role emphasizes leadership, program management, and a customer-centric approach across multiple disciplines.

Ideal candidates will have extensive people management experience, strong knowledge of software quality practices, and a proven track record with Agile/Scrum in software support and testing. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in management within software support and QA leveraging Agile/Scrum.
• 8+ years of experience in software test engineering and/or solution support.
• Ability to lead across global teams and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with top customer accounts.
• Knowledge of software development, support and testing processes.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of software test and support engineers.
• Ensure seamless software solutions for customers and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Software Quality Director to set direction and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders including Customers, Product Owners, and Program Managers.
• Develop team members into skilled test and support engineers.
• Deliver and support B2B or B2C software solutions.
