Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Software Test Engineer III to drive quality assurance for POS solutions in retail. The role leads technical test guidance, translates requirements into test scenarios, and mentors junior engineers to maintain a strong quality culture.

Responsibilities include test process improvement, automation, and collaboration with product and development teams in an agile setting. Located near Cincinnati, OH, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering; or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software test methodologies and quality strategy.
• 5+ years' experience in software test engineering.
• Experience with test coverage analysis, test execution, and defect management.
• Participation in agile SDLC with agile tools.
• Test automation experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Postman, TestNG.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with test management to implement quality improvement processes.
• Translate customer requirements and designs into test scenarios.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Setup test environments and manage test equipment inventory.
• Estimate test effort and coordinate with product and development teams.
