The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency with Jira or Asana.

• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk management.
• Experience with client dependency registers and escalation paths.
• Experience with scope, budget, resources, and multi-workstream timelines.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and milestones.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate concepts for non-technical clients.
