Delinea is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the JIT Proxy team in a hybrid role based in Mexico City. You will design, build, and operate secure, high-performance services that deliver just-in-time access to databases, servers, Kubernetes clusters, and other resources.

You will work on protocols like SSH, RDP, Kubernetes, and database connections, while applying Zero Trust and least-privilege principles. Mentorship, collaboration, and scalable distributed systems are core to this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering in backend/distributed systems.
• Strong experience with concurrent programming and networking.
• Experience building secure software and cloud-native tech stack.
• Familiarity with cloud providers and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain highly concurrent services powering just-in-time access.
• Extend proxy capabilities across SSH, RDP, Kubernetes, databases and more.
• Develop distributed systems delivering tenant policy and resource data securely.
• Operate cloud services on Kubernetes and Azure and deploy proxies in customer environments.
• Write clean, well-tested code focused on security, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and partner teams from design to production.
• Diagnose complex connectivity, protocol, reliability, and performance issues.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
