Delinea's StrongDM team in Mexico City seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy highly concurrent Go backends that proxy and broker secure connections at scale. You will help build gateways, relays, and control-plane services securing credentials and auditing actions.

You will work in a hybrid role, spending three days in the Mexico City office and collaborating across architectures, security and DevOps. TLS/mTLS, gRPC, cloud deployments, and CI/CD experience are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Go, distributed systems and backend development.
• Proficiency with concurrent programming and Go networking/crypto libraries.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, network protocols, and API design (gRPC/Protobuf and REST).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend systems in Go.
• Build and operate proxy data plane and control-plane services using CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers and DevOps/SRE teams on roadmaps.
• Write secure, idiomatic Go code with TLS/mTLS and credential brokering.
• Conduct code/design reviews emphasizing performance, security, quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed multi-cloud environments.
• Provide comprehensive documentation for services, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Mentor engineering peers and promote continuous improvement.
