Delinea is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Mexico City to design and build highly concurrent Go backend services that proxy and broker secure connections at scale, applying Zero Trust and just‑in‑time access principles.

In a hybrid role, you will join our Mexico City office three days per week, collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps, and mentor peers while delivering secure gateways, relays, and control‑plane services.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional Go backend experience in distributed systems.
• Proficient with goroutines, channels, and Go crypto libraries.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers and cloud-native deployment models.
• Strong API design with gRPC/Protobuf and REST.
• Ability to mentor teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build highly concurrent backend services in Go.
• Develop proxy data plane (gateways/relays) and control-plane services.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps.
• Implement secure protocols and crypto primitives.
• Prepare documentation for services and deployments.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers.
• Participate in code and design reviews.
