OLIVER Latin America, based in Mexico City, is seeking a senior strategy leader to drive social-first initiatives for Dove. You’ll translate insights into briefs, guide creative teams, and mentor junior strategists in a hybrid studio setting.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in social/digital strategy for consumer brands, strong English, and a track record of measurable campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Formación

• Must have 8+ years of strategy experience focused on social-first or digital-first work for consumer brands.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and what drives engagement.
• Proven ability to turn research and culture into sharp briefs and strategic frameworks.
• Experience mentoring strategists and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead social-first strategy for Dove, developing content strategies, platforms, and always-on frameworks.
• Mine consumer and cultural insights to identify opportunities for Dove in social conversations and moments.
• Translate data and audience research into actionable briefs for the team.
• Develop audience and community strategies across markets and platforms.
• Partner with creative teams to shape ideas from brief to execution with strategic input.
• Collaborate with social managers to align strategy with publishing plans and platform priorities.
• Inform creator and influencer strategy and identify authentic partnerships.
• Present strategic thinking and campaign recommendations to the Dove brand team.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategy over time and create a learning loop.
