Job summary

OLIVER Latin America in Mexico City is seeking a senior designer to lead the visual direction for Dove campaigns, translating brand strategy into social-first visuals across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.

You will mentor a team of designers, push the standard of social-first design, and thoughtfully integrate Gen AI tools to enhance ideation and production while preserving craft and authenticity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience in consumer brands, with social-first thinking.
• Strong understanding of social platform behaviours and formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
• English proficiency; experience in Creative Agencies or digital campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction for Dove's social-first content and campaigns across platforms.
• Design social-first assets ensuring platform-native, on-brand quality.
• Art direct photography, video, and shoots reflecting Dove's brand inclusivity.
