Job summary

OLIVER in Mexico City seeks a senior leader responsible for client relationships, creative quality, team performance, and commercial growth. You will align with Brand Directors and senior marketers, acting as a trusted adviser rather than a service provider.

This role requires coaching a multi-disciplinary team, owning the Dove studio's success, and driving growth through strategic oversight and data-driven decisions. A stellar agency background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience in client services, leadership, or business management.
• Experience leading 15+ people across multidisciplinary functions.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior clients at Brand Director or VP level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team across social, creative, strategy, production, and content.
• Own the senior client relationship with Dove and act as strategic partner for senior stakeholders.
• Oversee studio pipeline and work-in-progress, directing teams without micromanaging.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities, expanding from production into strategy, creative, and data-led work.
• Manage the studio’s P&L, forecasting, scope management, and reporting to OLIVER leadership.
• Oversee resource planning across workstreams to ensure the right people are on the right work.
• Guide adoption of Gen AI tools and workflows in client conversations and proposals.
