Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management, ideally in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG.
• Proven track record identifying, recruiting, briefing, and managing influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining ongoing creator communities or ambassador programmes, not just one-off campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Identify, contact, and recruit creators to build a diverse influencer community authentically representing Dove's brand values across platforms.
• Develop and manage Dove's creator engagement programme with long-term relationships rather than transactional partnerships.
• Brief and manage creators for campaign activations, always-on content, product launches, and cultural moments.
• Track content rights, approvals, and compliance with advertising and disclosure regulations.
• Report on influencer campaign performance, community growth, and programme impact, using data to refine strategy.
