OLIVER Latin America is seeking a social-content-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end production for Dove's U-Studio in Mexico City. You’ll coordinate across creative teams, creators, and client stakeholders to deliver social campaigns on brief, on time, and on budget.

You will manage fast-turnaround workflows for video, static, and interactive assets, aligning calendars with production capacity and ensuring quality and compliance across all deliverables.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management or production experience focusing on social content for consumer brands.
• Experience managing fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Solid understanding of social content formats, production requirements, and platform specs.
• Experience coordinating with content creators, influencers, and external partners.
• Partnered with social media managers and brand teams to align production with calendars and campaigns.
• Strong budget management including scoping, tracking, and reporting across projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, MS 365, Slack).
• Experience with creative review, digital asset management, and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure and communicate timelines clearly.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Lead end-to-end project management for Dove's social-first content and campaigns from brief to delivery and publish.
• Plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-form video, static, motion, and interactive social content.
• Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and talent for smooth schedules and timely asset delivery.
• Partner with social managers to align content calendars and publishing with production capacity.
• Manage day-to-day communication with the Dove brand team, ensuring approvals and feedback loops stay on track.
• Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Refine production processes for speed, including templates, workflows, and toolkits.
• Oversee quality control for all social deliverables against platform specs and brand guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, timeline, and budget with clarity.
• Integrate Gen AI tools where they add value without compromising craft.
