You'll work end-to-end, from ideation to editing, staying on-trend with creator culture and platform specs. The role emphasizes authenticity, inclusivity, and delivering content that earns engagement and shares.

Qualifications

• Formal bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related field.
• Professional English level for speaking and writing.
• Live in Mexico City or Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Concept and produce social-first content for Dove across platforms.
• Develop platform-native ideas that resonate with audiences.
• Storyboard and present content concepts with clear rationale.
• Stay current with social trends and platform features.
• Edit and adapt content across formats to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with social media managers on calendars and campaigns.
• Support shoots with creators and influencers ensuring inclusivity.
• Experiment with new formats and AI tools to aid creation.
