Cognizant is seeking a Solution Architect with deep ServiceNow expertise to design scalable enterprise solutions in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate has 18–20 years of cloud and platform architecture experience and will align technical roadmaps with business outcomes across global environments.

The role focuses on strategic solution design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value, performance, and reliable data exchange within ServiceNow ecosystems.

Formación

• Require extensive experience in ServiceNow Now Platform including ITSM ITOM and ESM with proven delivery of complex implementations.
• Need strong background in solution design and architecture for large scale cloud platforms including integration strategies data models and security architectures.
• Experience applying strategic thinking to technology decisions including roadmap development and platform consolidation.
• Hands-on exposure to configuration and customization of ServiceNow components including workflows scripting forms and service portals.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end to end architecture for ServiceNow based solutions aligning platform capabilities with business objectives and long term roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures on the Now Platform for complex workflows and enterprise service management.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to translate requirements into detailed ServiceNow designs and implementation blueprints.
• Guide reusable ServiceNow architecture patterns applicable across domains and regions.
• Review proposals to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with product/process owners to prioritize platform capabilities and maximize value and adoption.
• Optimize existing ServiceNow implementations by addressing technical debt and bottlenecks.
