ADI Global Distribution is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. This role acts as the technical authority and strategic owner of the platform, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with business priorities.

You will partner with IT and business leaders, guiding implementations and driving platform maturity, automation, and enterprise data integrity across HR, security, and IT operations workflows.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven IT architecture leadership with governance responsibilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to guide complex platform automation initiatives.
• Experience with integration patterns and data modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules and integrations.
• Develop multi-year platform roadmap aligned to ITSM maturity and business priorities.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and platform maturity efforts.
• Establish governance, standards, and architectural guardrails.
• Drive workflow automation and reusable patterns to improve efficiency.
