You will govern ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and HRSD aspects, drive modernization, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across divisions.

Formación

• 10+ years in ServiceNow with architecture, engineering or platform leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures and complex integrations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the enterprise ServiceNow platform roadmap, strategy and modernization plans.
• Define architectural standards, governance models and reusable patterns across modules.
• Lead AI, automation, Virtual Agent and digital workflow initiatives within ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with process owners to deliver value without owning process execution.
