Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Event Management in production.
• Experience with Event Management deployments from design through go-live and post-production support.
• Experience working with large-scale monitoring and observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
• Configure Event Management architecture, event ingestion patterns, and operational dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management configurations, and Event Processing Rules.
• Configure alert correlation, alert suppression, de-duplication, and noise reduction mechanisms.
• Implement Event-to-Incident automation and event-driven workflows.

Experience
