Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping. You will integrate third-party tools, maintain CMDB health, and optimize performance using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and MID Servers.

Formación

Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM implementation best practices.
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog, and ITOM.
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications; additional CTAs preferred.

Responsabilidades

Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Maintain CMDB data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation rules.
Configure and deploy ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management).
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Troubleshoot MID Servers, pattern probes, sensors, and discovery issues.
Develop workflows, business rules, and UI components; build Service Portal pages.
