You will steward platform modernization, security, integrations, and performance across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, and related domains. The role combines executive platform ownership with hands-on technical leadership, guiding engineering, administration, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned
Formación
- Extensive ServiceNow experience with enterprise-scale architectures.
- Proven leadership of large technical teams across architecture, engineering, and platform delivery.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, lifecycle, and security.
- Experience designing AI, automation, and digital workflow solutions within ServiceNow.
Responsabilidades
- Own enterprise ServiceNow platform roadmap and multi-year modernization plans.
- Serve as chief architect for the ServiceNow ecosystem and governance models.
- Lead the enablement of AI, automation, and digital workflows within ServiceNow.
- Define platform standards for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
