• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or similar.
• Experience in large enterprise or global delivery environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow governance and standard practices.
• Understanding of Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe) in enterprise environments.
