Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Developer, ServiceNow to join our Enterprise Technology team in Mexico. You will design, customize, and scale ServiceNow solutions, integrate critical systems, and deploy Now Assist AI tools to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• CAD certification required; CIS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate critical systems and manage cross‑platform impacts.
• Develop and refine Now Assist AI capabilities to automate processes.
• Ensure platform governance and oversee upgrades for compliance.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to deliver agile solutions.
