Iron Mountain Mexico is seeking an experienced Senior Developer, ServiceNow, to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will design and customize scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrate key systems, and deploy Now Assist AI tools to improve automation and governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, deep JavaScript expertise, and holds a CAD certification; CIS is preferred. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and mentoring within an Agile framework.

• Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.
• Bridge Technical & Business Needs: Collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.
